Helping people build a secure, meaningful future isn’t a sprint. It’s an ultramarathon. I’m Peggy Richardson, and I work with individuals to navigate life’s financial transitions with clarity and confidence.
For 20 years, I’ve been in the heart of the financial services world—partnering with top advisors, coaching rising professionals, and leading teams that support clients nationwide. My career has always revolved around one thing: making complex planning simple and actionable so people can make decisions they feel good about.
Along the way, I became a coach for financial advisors, helping them strengthen their practices and communicate planning concepts in a way real humans understand. That experience gives me a unique perspective when working directly with clients today. I know how advisors think, how strategies fit together, and what truly moves the needle in someone’s financial life.
A sabbatical changed my trajectory. Stepping back to focus on wellness, motherhood, and mountain ultramarathons reshaped how I think about endurance—in training, in life, and in the moments where everything feels uncertain. Those lessons are now woven into the way I guide people through big decisions and big chapters.
Today, I help individuals bring their financial life into alignment with their values, goals, and next steps. Whether you’re navigating a transition, rebuilding, leveling up, or planning ahead, my approach is grounded in clarity, consistency, resilience, and heart.
You don’t need to tackle the whole race at once. You just need the right plan, the right pace, and someone in your corner.
Let’s go the distance together.
